With the fashion world still reeling from the Swatch x Omega collaboration, French fashion house Lacoste is looking to one-up the Swiss with an even more unexpected brand mash-up…with none other than Minecraft.
This Spring / Summer capsule takes all of the blocky wonder of the hit game and lends it to bold monochrome creeper prints, heavy graphics and iconic title text across hoodies, jackets, trainers and even sunglasses.
Initially unveiled in an event at the E-Spot – a venue in Paris where 400 people came together to witness this union of gaming and garments – in March, this adult and kids collection is available at Lacoste, with key pieces across retailers including ASOS and House of Fraser.
A standout piece of footwear is their playful take on the Gripshot, now covered in blocky croc prints (£79.99).
